It must be recognized that each employee has a responsibility to himself and to the company for his safety and the safety of his fellow workers. He must observe and adhere to all safety rules and instructions relating to safe and efficient work habits. The control and prevention of incidents will require dedicated participation of all employees, as well as continuous work by all management and supervisors alike, in order for the program to be effective and successful.
